isitready.dev primarily displays generated scan reports based on public website evidence. If you believe content available through the service infringes your rights, use the process below.

Notice requirements

• Your physical or electronic signature, or the signature of a person authorized to act for the copyright owner.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• Identification of the material you want removed or disabled, including the relevant URL or report ID where possible.
• Your name, postal address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that you are authorized to act for the owner.

Counter-notices

If material you control was removed or disabled after a copyright notice, you may send a counter-notice explaining why the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.

A counter-notice should include your contact details, identification of the removed material, a statement made under penalty of perjury where applicable, and consent to the relevant jurisdiction required by applicable law.

Repeat infringement and limitations

We may remove or restrict material, reports, targets, or access in response to valid copyright notices or repeat infringement concerns.

Formal reliance on U.S. DMCA safe-harbor rules may require a designated agent registered with the U.S. Copyright Office. This page provides a copyright notice process and does not itself guarantee any particular legal status.
