isitready.dev is operated by KORDU LTD, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 16836154. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean KORDU LTD. You can contact us at legal@kordu.gg.

What the service does

isitready.dev provides read-only public website scans for AI readiness, technical SEO, security headers, performance signals, and production quality indicators.

Reports are generated from public HTTP evidence. They are informational only and do not replace legal, security, SEO, accessibility, compliance, or professional engineering advice.

Scan data and reports

Scan submissions, generated reports, and report links are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Report URLs are unlisted but not account-protected, so anyone with the report link may be able to view the report while it is retained.

Your responsibilities

You must only submit URLs that you are allowed to test or inspect. You must not use the service to harass, overload, enumerate, bypass controls, or probe private systems.

You are responsible for checking any findings before acting on them. Public web evidence can be incomplete, stale, blocked, or affected by network and platform behavior outside our control.

Support

Operational support requests can be sent to support@kordu.gg. Legal notices should still be sent to legal@kordu.gg.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue the service or any feature at any time, including to protect the platform, comply with law, address abuse, or improve scan quality.

We may impose rate limits, human verification, caching, or other safeguards. We may refuse, remove, or restrict access to reports or requests that breach these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties, conditions, and representations that are not expressly stated in these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where applicable law gives you mandatory rights to bring a claim elsewhere.
